This was originally an experiment that I had mentally planned out several years ago. The result is actually somewhat better than I had expected, this being a sort of hybrid watercolor/oil painting. It looks like a photograph in the thumbnail, but looking closely, you'll see the painted-on look. |

I was inspired to create this piece from Lake Powell in Arizona. A peaceful, serene view of a desert lake in all its glory. People that have this poster say they imagine themselves sitting on that rock, pondering life and feeling calm and stress slip away. Created with Bryce 3d and Photoshop. |
